You can plant peony roots anytime before the ground freezes. If you haven't gotten your roots in the ground, now is the time.
The Heartland Peony Society has something special for you, our biannual root sale takes place Saturday Nov. 8. This is a great opportunity to purchase roots of over a hundred different varieties and more than 1,600 roots available. If you are a peony lover, you won't want to miss it!
Members of the Heartland Peony Society are able to take advantage of our yearly meeting and peony auction of rare varieties (27 varieties) the night before the root sale, Friday Nov. 7. If you are interested in becoming a member, fill out this form and bring it along, or send in the mail.
